Handblown Glass Jewelry and Art

***Hello Friends, Family, and Fans of our Art. Due to life, and the economy Jen and I are both working fulltime jobs outside of the Glass Art world!! Consequently this website may remain in the barely functional state that you see it is in now. The website basically functions as an online portfolio now, and also as a means for communicating with us. I was planning to install a new shopping cart system in order to make the site fully functional, but We are both too busy to handle the influx of business thru this site. However, This does leave us free to handle special projects and commissions on the side. I still teach glass at UCSD, and we are still available for private instruction, corporate demonstrations, and product(prototype/design) developement. The pictures you see may or may not be current, but if you see something you want to purchase, shoot us an email. It can't hurt to ask!! We do still blow glass(mostly for fun) so don't take this page off your bookmarks. Just cut us a little slack!
Welcome to J and J Glassworks, featuring the glass art of John Long and Jennifer O'Connor. This site is packed full of beautiful, one of a kind pieces of art, such as glass jewelry and accessories, glass vessels, glass sculptures, holiday ornaments, marbles, etc. Take a long look around, there is a lot to see. Be sure to check out the Sold Gallery as well.

Note: All glass art items pictured are the items for sale. We can replicate most of the glass art pieces pictured, which have already been sold; however, there will be slight variations in size, shape, and colors due to the nature of handcrafted, hand blown glass artwork.

Do your Holiday shopping early this year, with J and J GlassWorks!!

Look out for some great gifts for the holiday season like, Ornaments, Marbles, Pendants, Vases, and Sculptures. Every piece of art on this website is handcrafted by John Or Jen. Therefore each piece is guaranteed to be unique! *Special note: Our apologies to our local customers who may have noticed that our Retail spot on Newport Ave. in Ocean Beach has closed. Rocks, Paper, Scissors announced that they were closing the doors on February 3rd, 2009. J and J GlassWorks will remain in business, but will not invest in another retail location until the economy picks up, or until John wins the lottery!! The good news is that we pay even more attention to the website now! So, shoot us an email, or just buy some stuff!! But definitely have a great day!
